Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in federal subcontract administration, with a focus on the acquisition of professional services
  • Familiarity with GSA Multiple Award Schedules (especially professional services), U.S. EPA contracting, and/or DoD contracting is a plus
  • Experience independently preparing and negotiating subcontract agreements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe, with the ability to maintain organized, detailed records
  • Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSR)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration and client relations
Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end subcontract administration primarily for federal government contracts, from solicitation to closeout
  • Review and evaluate subcontractor proposals, ensure completeness of required documentation, and manage approvals
  • Support proposal efforts, including negotiating teaming agreements and non-disclosure agreements. Partnering with technical, contracts, and proposal staff to coordinate subcontractor proposal input
  • Maintain organized, accurate documentation and tracking tools for efficient file management and audit readiness
  • Conduct research and gather contract-related data for audits and other government reporting requirements
  • Implement and adhere to company purchasing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance throughout the contract lifecycle
