Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives in the South Region, ensuring they meet and exceed their sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth within the specified segment.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Oversee the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities within the region.
  • Monitor and analyze regional sales performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, as well as industry regulations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the South Region.
