- Build strong relationships as a strategic partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Content Design, Analytics, and Inclusion & Diversity to identify high impact work and ensure it lands within teams
- Proactively communicate and share research findings with product teams, executives, and other audiences in compelling, actionable, and engaging ways
- Help advocate and build empathy for the needs and challenges of historically marginalized communities across different areas of the product
- Help build a culture of inclusive research practice at Pinterest, serving as a subject matter expert
