Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a market research agency, ad tech/mar tech company, or internal brand team’s consumer insight/market research department
  • Extensive experience in both quantitative and qualitative market research
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely
  • Ability to integrate, simplify and develop insights from multiple data sources including 0P, 1P, 2P, and 3P
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Working under pressure, in a fast-paced and challenging environment keeps you energized
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot and familiarity with other GenAI tools
  • Expert Microsoft Suite skills with a focus on PowerBI, Excel, & PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Collect, organize, and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data from a variety of internal and external sources (e.g., surveys, market research, campaign data, sales data, consumer demographics and behavior)
  • Identify key trends, patterns, and consumer behaviors that influence business performance and competitive positioning
  • Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights that inform creative strategy, audience targeting, and media planning for marketing campaigns
  • Create and present insights presentations to clients and internal stakeholders with collaboration from other teams to form a comprehensive strategy
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, CSM, Agency Development, Client Development, PMM, etc. to provide consumer insights for both pre- and post-sale efforts
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Use storytelling techniques to communicate complex data insights in an engaging and easily digestible format for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Consumer technology company Glance said Wednesday (Feb. 26) that it will use Google’s artificial intelligence (AI) models to develop generative AI-powered experiences on smartphone lock screens and ambient TV screens. Glance currently delivers AI-powered lock screen experiences to more than 450 million Android-based smartphones and 300 million active users across India, Indonesia, Japan, the United States and other countries, the company said in a press release.
