About the role
In this greenfield role you will own building out highly extensible HR user management integration capabilities so that our clients can achieve success by automating access management for their organizations. The right candidate is analytical, detailed and highly execution oriented, but also able to zoom out to drive this strategic initiative ahead with a bold vision, phenomenal communication skills and an ability to think abstractly to deliver tremendous value to our clients.
What you will do:
Own and influence the product strategy and roadmap
Deeply understand customers and business problems to identify the pain points
Rapidly create impactful, scalable and elegant solutions to user access management problems
Strategically think of the product - you don’t just build individual integrations, but a ‘rocket factory’ capable of launching new integrations rapidly and repeatedly
Take full cycle ownership of your work from ideation, design, review and go-to-market
Work closely with highly talented and dedicated team of Product Designers, Engineers and a wide array of cross-functional teams (partnerships, success, sales, enablement, executives)

What we’re looking for:
Minimum 5 years of product management experience in a fast pace environment (ideally scaleup/start-up)
Proven track record of delivering ambitious product initiatives from 0 to 1
Highly proactive and effective communicator - you enjoy and are able to collaborate with a diverse group of people from non-technical stakeholders to engineers
Thrives in extremely complex, fast-moving and ambiguous environments with little need for specific direction and desire to learn rapidly
Experience working with partner APIs and their implications on delivering simple and intuitive design that a wide array of personas can use with ease
Experience working with identity providers and automated provisioning and SaaS integrations is nice to have, but not essential
