Formlabs is growing by the minute and we’re looking for more operational expertise on our Finance & Accounting team. At Formlabs, this dynamic, intensely focused team applies careful attention to our financial operations, while delivering the accurate and timely information required to manage our scaling business.

The Job:

• Prepare routine and non-routine monthly closing journal entries including but not limited to revenue cut-off adjustments, sales credit memos accruals, scraps accruals, legal accruals,etc..
• Perform monthly closing procedures like balance sheet reconciliations and flux analysis to ensure financial statements are complete, accurate, and compliant with US GAAP and internal policies
• Work with the international entities to review monthly reporting and tax packages
• Support US sales & use tax reconciliations and filing processes
• Streamline, automate, and continuously improve processes and internal controls to build sustainable financial systems as we grow
• Help define company accounting policies and educate stakeholders
• Collaborate with others to tackle ad hoc reporting and analysis
• Support the PBC requests during the audit

You:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of corporate experience
• Strong understanding of accounting and US GAAP
• Detail oriented, organized and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications
• Ability to work cross-functionally, both internally and externally

Preferred Skills:

• Mix of Public Accounting and Corporate Accounting 
• CPA or CPA tracking 
• Experience working with NetSuite
