YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

MBA in HR from a reputed Business school
6-8 years relevant experience in hospitality in international brands of which at least 2 years should be in a similar responsibility level
Pre-opening Experience would be an added advantage.
Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills;
Excellent people Management skills to manage a team of highly innovative & creative Professionals.
Ability to work under pressure & excellent problem solving & decision making skills.
Process orientation;
Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership and expanding scope of responsibilities.
High on Integrity; is self-motivated; High on energy and passion for the job
Excellent presentation and Communication Skills.
