Requirements
  • 15 years of relevant experience in marketing in a large global organization
  • Management experience in financial services
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team, complex projects and processes

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Execution - collaborate with the Head of Wealth and wealth Senior Leadership to develop a data and insight driven global wealth marketing strategy. Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and translate the strategic pillars into actionable annual marketing plans.
  • Brand Management - develop a brand positioning and messaging for the Wealth Business that resonates with the priority client segments and enhances and protects the Citi brand. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention - leverage data and analytics to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract new clients and deepen relationships with existing ones. Collaborate with sales and client service teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Digital Marketing and Innovation - lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies as a part of a seamless client experience and explore and implement innovative marketing technologies and platforms to enhance client engagement.
  • Performance Management – define clear campaign strategies, sets specific goals and KPIs and monitor performance to evaluate the impact of wealth marketing on commercial outcomes. Provide regular performance reports to the Head of Wealth and Chief Marketing & Content Officer and key senior stakeholders highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership & Development – establish, lead, and develop a high performing Wealth Marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to build strong working relationships and facilitate successful project outcomes. Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, including agencies, media, and industry organizations.
  • Budgeting & Financial Management - develop and manage the Wealth Marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, and monitoring of expenses to achieve financial targets.
  • Change Management – act as an evangelist for the marketing and content organization’s change agenda and motivate change by inspiring the marketing team and partners across the organization with breakthrough business and marketing thought leadership.
  • Operational Excellence - drive continuous improvement across all aspects of wealth marketing ensuring the highest levels of effectiveness and efficiency.
