Requirements
  • High School education or GED equivalent
  • One (1) year as I&C Tech II or three (3) years related work experience
  • Provide technical expertise and skills to effectively troubleshoot low voltage electrical circuits
  • Provide technical expertise and skills to perform calibrations and maintenance of field instrumentation including transmitters (level, pressure, flow, temperature, etc.), control valves, valve positioners, thermocouples, etc.
  • Proficient computer skills
Responsibilities
  • Perform work incorporating strict adherence to Safety procedures and best practices and continually observe for safe working practices.
  • Regularly develops and presents safety topics.
  • Develop an understanding of HPI tools through training opportunities and practice. Actively participate in Pre/Post Job briefs.
  • Work with other technicians to perform routine and emergency maintenance and/or compliance activities on the plant instrumentation and control systems including weekends, holidays, and scheduled shift.
  • Cover Unit start-up and shut-down activities with assistance from other Technicians.
  • Calibrate, troubleshoot and maintain power plant instrumentation systems and equipment.
  • Learn to enter WRs and PRs into Maximo.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of O&M and Capital projects.
  • Learn to communicate LOTO requests to Operations.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with Operations, Electrical, Purchasing, Warehouse personnel, other support groups and vendors.

Vistra Declares Dividend On Common Stock And Series A Preferred Stock

IRVING, Texas, Feb. 21, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Vistra (NYSE: VST) announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2235 per share of Vistra's common stock, reflecting an estimated aggregate payment of approximately $75 million this quarter. The common dividend is payable on March 31, 2025, to common stockholders of record as of March 20, 2025. The ex-dividend date for the common dividend will be March 20, 2025.The board of directors also declared a semi-annual dividend on the company's 8.0% Series A Fixed-Rate Reset Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock. The Series A dividend is $40.00 per preferred share, or $80.00 per share of Series A preferred stock on an annualized basis.
