Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- At least 10 years of experience in software engineering or artificial intelligence/machine learning roles is required.
- At least 7 years of expert-level Python experience is required.
- At least 7 years of Microsoft Azure experience, including Azure Machine Learning, is required.
- At least 7 years of DevOps experience, including continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, is required.
- At least 7 years of MongoDB or similar database experience is required.
- Strong experience with large language model integration and Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures is required.
- Experience with prompt engineering and context optimization is required.
- A solid understanding of natural language processing and transformer-based models is required.
- Experience with vector databases and search systems is required.
- Familiarity with agentic artificial intelligence workflows and tool or function calling is required.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions using Python and modern machine learning frameworks.
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for large language model-based systems.
- Build and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines.
- Integrate large language models through application programming interfaces, preferably Azure OpenAI, into enterprise applications.
- Develop and orchestrate agentic artificial intelligence workflows with tool or function calling.
- Implement vector search solutions using vector databases or MongoDB.
- Ensure continuous integration and continuous delivery integration and cloud deployment, preferably using Azure.
- Establish observability, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks for artificial intelligence systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver production-ready artificial intelligence features.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with the Azure OpenAI API.
- Experience building scalable, enterprise-grade artificial intelligence applications.
- Background in artificial intelligence system monitoring, evaluation, and optimization.
