  • 7+ years of hands-on Cybersecurity experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years of IT experience, specific to networking & systems
  • Experience working in a SOC (Security Operations Center)
  • CISSP or other relevant certifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory, and MS Intune MDM
Responsibilities
  • Working alongside the IT & Security team providing cross-domain support on IT and Security tasks, projects, initiatives, and tickets
  • Ensure the security and accountability of our entire fleet of laptops, workstations, servers, and cloud infrastructure
  • Deploy and maintain cyber security platforms including endpoint security, firewalls, and monitoring systems
  • Design security architecture elements that balance business requirements with information & cybersecurity requirements
  • Assess security threats/risks, recommend, and assist in the delivery of solutions to mitigate risks
  • Participate in the creation and administration of data security policies, procedures, and standards
  • Assist with detection, response, and correlation analysis, to action applicable remediation efforts
  • Support security audits with both internal and external customers
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports and network/system maps as required
  • Utilize existing security monitoring tools to evaluate and improve the security organization systems and networks

  • Startup experience and/or Defense/Aerospace experience
  • Experience with FortiNet products
  • Experience with the Tenable product lines
  • Experience with NIST compliance frameworks
