Requirements
  • Confidence keeping digital paperwork up to date
  • Confidence with learning and navigating corporate software platforms for vendor management and IT support
  • Clear, concise communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Workfront (and other project management and DAM tools)
  • 2+ years of experience in post-production
  • Experience handling multiple vendor relationships
  • Familiarity with project planning and effective resource management
  • Ability to work comfortably in a very fast-paced, nimble environment
  • Ability to be flexible with change, and work with people possessing widely diverse working and communication styles
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent time, prioritization, and project management skills
  • Understanding of creative studio processes
  • Skilled in asset management
Responsibilities
  • Contributing to the coordination of our production studio’s scheduling and resourcing
  • Accurately tracking and documenting project cost
  • Producing different types of projects from start to finish, utilizing SoFi’s project management software
  • Leading fast-turn, high profile video asset updates, ensuring accurate and timely asset delivery
  • Video/TV trafficking
  • Supporting in-house productions by handling all project related digital paperwork: contracts, PO’s, invoices, payroll, etc.
  • Demonstrating a clear understanding of resources needed to post-produce a project
  • Working collaboratively with our cross functional partners to produce materials with our talented production team
  • Demonstrating clear working knowledge about our products and our Brand
  • Working knowledge of first line of defense of compliance regulations
