Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales enablement and/or consulting, preferably with a focus on industry-specific strategies
  • Proven track record of developing, implementing and scaling successful enablement programs in a global, enterprise-level organization
  • Ability to build strategy and execute simultaneously under tight deadlines and high expectations
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong executive presence
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies
  • Experience with data analytics, artificial intelligence, and cloud technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Familiarity with Databricks' products and services is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global industry enablement strategy that supports Databricks' go-to-market initiatives across major verticals
  • Lead the creation of industry-specific content, including sales playbooks, case studies, white papers, and presentation materials
  • Collaborate closely with executives across product, marketing, and sales leadership to ensure alignment of industry messaging and value propositions
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance the industry expertise of sales teams and partners
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth in each vertical
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of industry enablement initiatives
  • Partner with regional leaders to ensure global consistency while addressing local market needs
  • Continuously refine and optimize enablement strategies based on feedback and performance metrics
