  • Experience with all-source intelligence processes, data evaluation, analysis, and intelligence analysis tools and databases
  • Knowledge of National Level, DoD, and DA Information Security Program and Foreign Disclosure concepts, principles, practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), and Human Intelligence (HUMINT)
  • Ability to review, analyze, and release classified and unclassified data in accordance with the National Disclosure Policy and data transfer requirements for moving data between classified and unclassified computer systems
  • Ability to analyze and assess current and future foreign lethal and non-lethal weapon systems, including system vulnerabilities, production, stockpile, deployment, proliferation, and impact to U.S. and Coalition forces worldwide
  • Ability to manage research and coordination for long-term projects and provide in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries
  • Ability to master qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies, pursue developments in fields that affect tradecraft methodology, and define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high level tasks
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 12+ years of experience as a Weapons Systems Analyst on US Army or DoD projects, Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience as a Weapons Systems Analyst on US Army or DoD projects, or Master’s degree and 8+ years of experience as a Weapons Systems Analyst on US Army or DoD projects
Responsibilities
  • Support an intelligence client's offensive and defensive missile systems reporting responsibility
  • Perform in-depth technical analysis of foreign surface to air missile systems, anti-satellite, or directed energy threats to US ground force systems, combat support systems, and US operations
  • Apply expertise to assess foreign conventional and irregular rocket or missile force organization and use of weapons, tactics, strategy, and doctrine
  • Assess conventional and insurgent capabilities to recruit, develop, and procure equipment, logistics, financing, and population control measures
  • Integrate data analytics (DA) into all-source production working alongside industry-leading data scientists to directly support the client’s production, plans, and operations
  • Identify significant intelligence trends within a range of activities and deliver strategic and anticipatory finished assessments

  • Experience with the application of quantitative and qualitative analytic methods
  • Knowledge of ICD 203 and DIA technical report formats and standards
  • Knowledge of DoD Intelligence processes, activities, standards, and available analytic tools
  • Knowledge of planning and executing technical studies and reports for computer systems and computer networks
  • Knowledge of Conventional and Irregular Warfare concepts and operations
  • Ability to produce reports for senior DoD decision-makers
