Requirements
  • 10 Years+ in field, 5+ years Sales/Solutions Engineering experience
  • Experience working with cloud computing environments (e.g. technical sales, devops, security, sales engineering or similar role)
  • Experience in and understanding of cloud deployments--especially as relates to security and compliance
  • Experience with AWS and/or GCP. Azure a plus
  • Familiarity with modern cloud environments, e.g. containerized workloads, serverless computing, and microservices architectures
  • Familiarity with SIEM or other data lake solutions a plus
  • A strong understanding of cybersecurity, identity security and endpoint security solutions is ideal for success in this role or similar in markets/software Industry.
  • This includes knowledge of complex cybersecurity threats and attack vectors, as well as different types of endpoint security solutions, such as malware prevention and XDR/SIEM solutions.
  • Experience working with Hyperscalers, Channel, MSPs, GSIs, or Technology Alliances partners.
  • Experience presenting and delivering technical demos to architects and technical staff.
  • Ability to quickly learn, adapt, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.
  • AWS, GCP and/or security certifications
  • Terraform/CloudFormation experience
  • Previous DevOps/DevSecOps experience
  • CEH, SANS, OSCP, CISSP, or other security qualifications.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and mentor a regional team of Partner Sales Engineers, driving technical enablement and partner success.
  • Develop and execute a scalable go-to-market plan with partners, identifying partnership opportunities and driving mindshare for SentinelOne.
  • Own technical relationships with regional partners by delivering hands-on technical sessions, including Capture the Flag (CTF) and Cloud Security Assessments (CSAs).
  • Lead roadmap and strategic discussions with partners, positioning SentinelOne’s value to their solutions and ecosystem.
  • Recruit new partners while focusing on expanding business opportunities within existing partnerships.
  • Resolve complex partner concerns and provide solutions around cloud security, endpoint protection, and identity security.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, sales, and leadership to align technical initiatives with business goals.
  • Provide partner feedback to product teams to drive improvements in SentinelOne’s solutions.
