HRS is looking for a Product leader who is excited to drive reporting and insights that support and enhance the lives thousands of healthcare workers and patients each day. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to help guide reporting and analytics capabilities from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. Our team – engineers, designers, marketers, customer success, and sales - work closely to help design and develop technologies that improve the lives of patients and clinicians. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you’ll focus specifically on reporting and analytics capabilities and delivery for our users, and our markets. Additionally, you will partner closely with other PMs to develop processes, product requirements, and conduct customer and market research to build out roadmaps and product strategy.

Responsibilities:

• You’ll translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development process from start to finish
• Collaborate with our Product team on strategy and roadmap creation and execution for the product(s) you work on
• Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
• Make creative recommendations to expand product base, vision, and grow our business
• Manage and drive a prioritized product backlog and collaborate daily with our engineering team to deliver quality features and products within the expected timeline
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams by working closely with Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Tech Support and Marketing teams to suggest product enhancements to improve user experience
• Partner closely with data science team, engineering and UX to develop detailed and actionable epics and stories
• Be the voice of the client: collaborate with our clients and users to attain a deep understanding of their needs and wants and use this knowledge to create and execute go-to market strategy for our products that engage and excite all users
• Collect and evaluate internal stakeholder & user feedback and improvement areas to identify new feature opportunities that will guide our roadmap
• Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market gaps
• Monitor and report on users’ reactions and usage post launch
• Track product KPIs and analyze user data to evaluate product efforts
• As a Product expert you’ll perform product demos, trainings, and evangelize the roadmap internally and for clients

 Skill Requirements: 

• 1-2 years of proven experience as a Product Manager with specific focus on analytics and reporting
• Experience with predictive analytics a plus
• Curious critical thinker that gets excited about finding creative solutions to problems
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Outstanding organization and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Passionate team player who is dedicated to the growth and development of the company, product, team, and individual
• Healthcare experience a plus, sense of humor is a must!
