HR Business Intelligence Analyst, Lead

Key Role:

Provide Human Resources business intelligence and workforce analysis expertise to the organization to help develop business solutions and improve business management. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience providing Human Resources business intelligence and workforce analysis expertise to help develop business solutions and improve business management

• Knowledge of interpreting data and creating dashboards for management to identify key performance indicators and monitor productivity

• Ability to help organizations understand the relationship between the workforce and business processes, issues, needs, and systems

• Ability to provide reports and data to help management develop strategies and make sound business management decisions

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or Physical Science

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience utilizing Navy and Department of Defense Pay and Personnel systems such as NSIPS, FLTMPS, ADE, NES, or PRIDE

• Knowledge of military culture and United States Navy culture and structure

• Knowledge of MyNavyHR business processes and current transformation efforts

• Ability to work on a dynamic team responsible for multiple concurrent deliverables

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
