Requirements
  • Familiar with ERP systems preferably SAP
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office

Responsibilities
  • Placing purchase orders as recommended by ERP system
  • Managing the expedite process for Space Imaging Project materials
  • Weekly management of the open purchase order book
  • Ensure compliance of order acknowledgements for e2v purchase orders
  • Monitoring of Urgent Issues and Critical Materials
  • Regularly review static data for purchased items
  • Assisting Logistics in the resolution of delivery issues
  • Liaison with Accounts Payable to resolve payment issues
  • Visiting vendors to discuss delivery performance and capacity requirements
  • Attending Supply Reviews and MPS meetings
