Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 8-10 years of enterprise B2B marketing experience focused on demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in DevOps or Application Security domains.
  • Startup or scaleup organization experience running global campaigns with background in organic and paid demand creation approaches, including digital, social, web, events, webinars, syndication, and programmatic ABM.
  • Experience building a highly scalable, high-performing growth marketing engine building unique campaigns for both outbound and inbound programs
  • Enthusiasm for data-driven marketing to understand customer behavior with strong analytical, strategic, and creative thinking for integrated campaigns
  • Demonstrate success penetration of key Enterprise accounts and IT or Technical buyer / influencer personas (esp. Security & DevOps)
  • Effective leader with strong communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as a hands-on approach to coaching.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver predictable pipeline at scale and create a dominant market position in a space where pipeline is generated from existing or net new global enterprise accounts.
  • Lead a team of growth, field, and ABM marketing professionals while managing and refining processes and budget of a growing business
  • Manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDR) responsible for qualifying inbound leads and run outbound campaigns aligned to sales plays
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product owners to set priorities and goals for pipeline growth, creating strategic plans to achieve targets
  • Analyze Return on Investment (ROI) and the effectiveness of marketing programs to optimize future programs based on that learning.
  • Develop and execute unified marketing campaigns that incorporate digital, field, and ABM strategies.
  • Provide clear leadership for the demand generation team by, recruiting, motivating, and mentoring a team of marketers & BDR’s who can deliver & refine a qualified opportunity pipeline.
  • Develop and execute the company's strategy for acquiring, nurturing, and expanding qualified leads in global markets.
