Your manager, Ata (Senior eCRM Manager), has been with Simply Business for over 10 years, he will work to encourage your personal leadership and independence to help you progress your career with us. In fact, this role is only available as someone in the team has done just that!

As one of our Email Marketing Executives, you’ll:

work with the Content team to create visually engaging emails that target high open and click rates via dynamic content
take a customer first approach in enabling automated data driven decision making
improve our automated CRM programmes to attract and retain customers at all stages of the customer lifecycle
contribute to a ‘test and learn’ approach to maximise results
learn all of our systems to obtain a good knowledge e.g. Blueconic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), Journey Builder, Litmus, and Looker

We’re looking for someone who is:

experienced in email marketing and customer lifecycle management in any industry or systems
experienced with segmentation, dynamic content, and building/maintaining automated emails
experienced in A/B testing one-time sends
experienced in working on a big strategic project as part of a cross-functional team
understanding of online and digital tech – and has a passion for digital marketing
