  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and event marketing
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand the target audience and develop buyer journey campaigns that resonate with our customers
  • Optimize the lead nurturing process to improve conversion rates, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value
  • Plan and organize virtual and in person marketing events, including content creation, event organization and post event outreach
  • Work collaboratively with the content team to conceptualize high-quality marketing content that speaks to prospects’ pain points and highlights the benefits of our product offerings
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, customer success, and operations, to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives
  • Build and maintain closed-loop nurture, lifecycle, and reengagement strategies and campaigns
