Requirements
  • Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and comfort working on a production floor.
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience supporting or implementing Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, prior AX versions (AX 2009 or AX 2012), or a comparable enterprise resource planning system in a manufacturing environment.
  • Functional depth in at least two of Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Master Planning or Material Requirements Planning, Warehouse Management, and Logistics, with working coverage of the remaining areas.
  • Ability to turn operational pain points into enterprise resource planning solutions.
  • Working knowledge of integrations, data migration, and enterprise resource planning reporting.
  • Ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the functional owner of the Dynamics 365 Supply Chain modules, ensuring system stability, usability, and alignment with business processes.
  • Lead optimization and post-go-live stabilization across Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Master Planning, Warehouse Management, and Logistics.
  • Identify system gaps, limitations, and performance issues and design workarounds or enhancements.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Manufacturing to understand pain points and future-state needs.
  • Translate business requirements into Dynamics 365 designs, configurations, and process flows.
  • Perform hands-on builds, including Dynamics 365 configuration, Power Platform solutions, Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services reports, and scripts.
  • Challenge requirements when needed to keep solutions scalable and supportable.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 workflows, parameters, security roles, and business rules.
  • Work with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and interfaces involving warehouse management systems, electronic data interchange, planning tools, and reporting platforms.
  • Maintain clean data across inventory, bills of materials, production orders, and costing.
  • Provide functional support, training, and guidance to end users and super users in English and Spanish.
  • Write and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.
  • Maintain enterprise resource planning governance, change management, and documentation standards.
  • Monitor system usage and performance and recommend improvements.
  • Support enhancements, upgrades, and new-feature adoption in Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
  • Stay current on Dynamics 365 Supply Chain capabilities and best practices.
  • Support multiple manufacturing and distribution sites, including regular day travel between Norwood, Norton, and the new Connecticut site.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, or regulated manufacturing.
  • Experience supporting electronic data interchange, warehouse management system, or third-party logistics integrations.
  • Understanding of process manufacturing.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate certification.
