  • Provide expert guidance and support during actual emergencies and business disruptions
  • Provide guidance and leadership in development in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery software and tools
  • Prepare metrics, reports and presentations for senior management detailing readiness and response strategies
  • Work collaboratively with IT departments to ensure alignment of IT disaster recovery plans with business continuity plans
