Through our #1 CRM, Customer 360, we help companies blaze new trails and connect with their customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too — driving your performance and growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world.
Are you passionate about changes in healthcare and how technology is enabling a whole new approach to engage patients, caregivers, members, employers and providers?
We seek a data-driven, compelling storyteller to join the Healthcare and Life Sciences Industry Advisory team as an intern. This role requires a strong communicator and a passion to create thought-provoking, research-based content. The individual will work on project initiatives that will require a global view of industry trends and a clear understanding of how to best collaborate with counterparts to convey market insights. The role will work with a cross functional team of business, technical, and industry experts.
The Intern’s focus area will be a hybrid of strategy, sales operations, and business analytics — requiring a mix of executive-level reporting, data analysis, process optimization, and business operational support. Specifically, the individual will lead our industry research and competitive insights:
- Own, implement and manage end-to-end research programs needed to build competitive and customer-facing assets
- Lead competitive intelligence projects, including win/loss analysis, market analysis, and internal enablement sessions
- Synthesize industry trends and present insights to Healthcare and Life Science leaders across providers, payers, pharma, and medtech
The Successful Candidate Profile
- Background in healthcare/life sciences business consulting, public health
- Working towards completion of MBA and/or MPH (Spring 2024 grad); 4-5 years of professional relevant work experience
- Strong business judgment, strategic mindset, and facility for quantitative and analytical thinking.
- Health industry knowledge and interest: You are plugged into what’s trending at the intersection of healthcare, business and technology.
- Compelling communicator, both written and oral, with a flair for storytelling. Able to simplify messaging and influence teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Presentation skills through PowerPoint and Google Slides preferred. You know how to use visuals and a talk track to get data and insights across quickly.
- Can successfully align and team with different people at different levels and in different regions.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive work independently, working with deadlines in a fast paced environment. You have a sixth-sense for when a project is about to fall off track.
- Build trusting relationships, credibility, and use strong communication and influence skills to partner effectively with stakeholders to improve decision-making
- Your team would describe you as high energy, problem-solving, and innovative. When you encounter obstacles, you look for the most effective and creative solution with a positive mindset.
