Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Five years of progressive recruiting, human resources consulting, workforce planning, organizational development, human resources information systems, or related experience is preferred.
  • Healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
  • Workday experience is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of strategic workforce planning, organizational design, job architecture, position management, Workday, human resources consulting, analytics, change management, and talent acquisition leadership is required.
  • Measles, mumps, varicella, and annual influenza immunizations are required as a condition of employment.
Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned client groups.
  • Develop sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Consult leaders on hiring, compensation, and labor market trends.
  • Analyze workforce trends, vacancy rates, turnover, and staffing forecasts.
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning and succession strategies.
  • Support organizational redesign and workforce optimization initiatives.
  • Own job profile governance and development processes.
  • Consult on position architecture, leveling, reporting relationships, and organizational structures.
  • Partner with Human Resources Information Systems to maintain Workday position management integrity.
  • Evaluate requests for reclassifications, new positions, and organizational changes.
  • Support Position Control Committee processes.
  • Partner with Compensation, Finance, Human Resources Information Systems, Payroll, and Operations.
  • Lead workforce planning and organizational design initiatives.
