Requirements
  • 1-2 years years marketing/PR/writing experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency with G-Suite & Microsoft Office, and the ability to grasp email marketing and web based applications quickly.
  • A shrewd eye for data, analysis and insights (intermediate Excel/Sheets skills)
  • Extremely detail oriented

Responsibilities
  • Coordination and support for trade marketing thought leadership programs, including email marketing newsletters, and client and internal awards programs.
  • Tracking and support for partnership programs, including barter partnerships (setting up campaigns, adding barters to the RiskCenter, researching new partners etc.), campaign coordination for barter programs, and vendor partnerships.
  • Overall support for client retention, including the C-Suite Council ads, mailings, ordering and mailing inventory of premiums, assisting with client gift programs, helping to manage our list of High Value Customers, and assisting with client entertainment distribution.
  • Intelligence program support: Work with the Intelligence team to put together research web pages.
  • Event support and coordination, such as ticket tracking, list compilation, mailings, RSVP tracking, and invoice processing.
  • Admin support, including scheduling, calendar management, travel, expenses, helping with invoicing.
