  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or suitable technical field
  • 1-5 years’ experience
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have sufficient Computer skills to create and revise reports and create presentations to explain information to customer and internal presentations
Responsibilities
  • Responds to and monitors customers’ request, requirements and inquiries from multiple Honda locations.
  • Collects quality information at multiple customer facilities to establish proper quality standards by patrolling customer processes and discovering areas of improvement to prevent customer claims.
  • Assures that details of the facts and documents the customer claims when a customer claim or complaint is received.
  • Immediately take appropriate steps to sort or rework stock at the customer location.
  • Assures that the appropriate SEWS manufacturing location is notified.
  • Assists in creating Counter Measures and Sorting Standard to prevent Flow Out.
  • Assists in tracking the sorted/reworked parts.
  • Ensures that information is recorded on the applicable documents and responds to the responsible QA supervisor or engineer.
  • Confirms SEWS plants Counter Measures at ACSC and customer lines.
  • Maintains and follows all rules and regulations of SEWS and the ACSC facility.
  • Maintains all logs and documentation to support procedures for quality activities at ACSC.
  • Coordinate the details of customer visits by personnel from Honda at SEWS locations.
  • Serve as a host to accompany visitors to SEWS facilities when they are visited.
  • Assists in tracking and approvals of all IPPAAR’s and IPP tags.
  • Act of the interface for New Model Product between all customer plants and SEWS.
