  • Candidates must be able to work on their feet for the entire four- to eight-hour shift.

Responsibilities
  • Train and develop teammates.
  • Meet financial goals through profit and loss management.
  • Manage Total Inventory Loss through production planning and inventory control to ensure quality production.
  • Meet 365S standards.
  • Schedule teammates to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain department conditions according to the merchandising plan.
  • Perform store clerk responsibilities.
Desired Qualifications
  • Store or facility teammates should have a minimum of six months of employment with Schnucks.
  • Store Support Center teammates should have a minimum of one year of employment with Schnucks.
  • Candidates must be in good standing and not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline.
  • If invited for an interview, candidates must have manager approval based on performance.
