  • Proven experience in an human resources generalist role, with the ability to navigate diverse cultural and business environments.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process for junior and mid-level roles using the applicant tracking system and the established standard process.
  • Collaborate with external providers to collect and communicate payroll changes.
  • Review payroll records to identify errors and ensure accurate tax calculations, contributions, and deductions.
  • Request and review settlements as needed.
  • Review employment contracts and position-specific clauses.
  • Prepare company certificates, annexes, contractual novations, and other labor documentation.
  • Maintain the HIRIS employee database and track attendance, maternity, paternity, holidays, and other absences.
  • Ensure adherence to labor regulations and internal procedures.
  • Organize health and safety training sessions and coordinate medical check-ups.
  • Address employee queries and legal-labor incidents in collaboration with the Head of People and external advisors.
  • Assist with employee benefits administration, enrollments, and inquiries.
  • Provide guidance to employees on company policies and procedures and address general human resources inquiries.
  • Participate in human resources projects and initiatives with the human resources team.
  • Identify manual and repetitive People Operations tasks and propose ways to streamline or automate them using available tools and artificial intelligence-based solutions.
  • Test, learn, and implement process improvements that make the department faster and more accurate.
  • Communicate organizational changes, support adoption of new tools and processes across the company, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Desired Qualifications
  • Additional languages such as French, Portuguese, Italian, or Greek are highly beneficial.
