Requirements
  • At least 7 years of architecture experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • At least 5 years of experience architecting Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform, at enterprise scale.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior and executive leadership by developing architectural frameworks and providing vision, direction, and domain expertise for highly complex business and technical needs across multiple groups and the enterprise.
  • Lead architecture strategy, governance, and resolution of highly complex challenges across the enterprise collaboration domain, delivering long-term, large-scale solutions.
  • Provide vision and direction on transformation strategy by defining current-state, target-state, and transition architectures for enterprise collaboration and workplace technologies.
  • Develop and influence strategic plans, investment planning, software renewal reviews, product rationalization, and cutover strategies while evaluating target investments, total cost of ownership, return on investment, and spend rationalization.
  • Provide architectural leadership and oversight for collaboration products and modernization initiatives, including data center migration, containerization, platform and communications modernization, regulated messaging, and artificial-intelligence-enabled workplace capabilities.
  • Partner with product, engineering, operations, risk, compliance, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, business, and vendor stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, resilient, and compliant collaboration solutions.
  • Ensure applications and architecture decisions adhere to company standards, policies, methodologies, risk expectations, industry best practices, and enterprise architecture direction.
  • Drive the definition, selection, and adoption of strategic tools, architecture frameworks, and patterns that reduce complexity and toil and improve colleague experience, resiliency, security, compliance, and operational sustainability.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies, recommend innovations, and influence internal and vendor roadmaps.
  • Engage vendors and internal platform owners to clarify requirements, assess product direction, influence roadmaps, and ensure enterprise needs are represented.
  • Produce, review, and maintain architecture roadmaps, specifications, capability models, artifacts, and decision records while ensuring documentation quality, architectural accuracy, and alignment to enterprise standards.
  • Provide clear written and verbal communication to executive stakeholders, architecture forums, delivery teams, governance bodies, and cross-functional partners.
Desired Qualifications
  • Deep architecture experience with enterprise collaboration and workplace platforms, including hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
  • At least 3 years of experience in tenant management, enterprise search, and productivity-suite administration across a large Microsoft 365 environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience architecting unified communications and real-time collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, voice, and video.
  • At least 3 years of experience with regulated messaging, communications retention, and archiving and compliance capabilities for corporate collaboration channels.
  • Experience developing current-state, target-state, and transition architectures and executable roadmaps for complex enterprise domains, including platform modernization, complex migration planning, and large-scale transformation.
  • Experience in a regulated financial services environment with a strong understanding of risk, compliance, cybersecurity, and resiliency.
  • Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs, architecture patterns, product fit, platform strategy, integration complexity, and non-functional and lifecycle impacts.
  • Ability to influence at all levels and communicate complex architecture concepts clearly to senior leadership, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience informing platform strategy and investment decisions through vendor evaluation, industry benchmarking, and financial analysis, including total cost of ownership, return on investment, and spend rationalization.
  • Experience with architecture frameworks, modeling standards, and toolsets, with ArchiMate preferred, and a track record of mentoring and developing other architects and engineers.

Swift Current Energy secures $750M credit facility to accelerate US clean energy development

Swift Current Energy has secured a $750 million corporate credit facility, with an option to expand by $250 million to reach $1 billion in total capacity. The facility will support the development of clean energy projects across the United States. Crédit Agricole CIB served as administrative agent and coordinating lead arranger alongside ING Capital and Truist Securities. The dual-tranche facility has a three-year term and provides flexible access to cash and letter of credit capacity. Since its founding in 2016, Swift Current has commercialised 5 gigawatts of clean energy projects, owns and operates more than 1 gigawatt, and has over 10 gigawatts in development. Chief executive officer Michael Arndt said the financing provides flexibility to advance the company's platform and bring new energy resources online efficiently.

Charles Schwab completes $2.6B debt offering with fixed-to-floating rate senior notes

Charles Schwab Corporation has completed a $2.6 billion debt offering, issuing two tranches of fixed-to-floating rate senior notes. The company sold $1.25 billion of 5.108% notes due 2032 and $1.35 billion of 5.655% notes due 2037. The offering was led by BofA Securities, Citigroup Global Markets, Morgan Stanley, TD Securities and Wells Fargo Securities as joint bookrunning managers. Charles Schwab is a savings and loan holding company that provides wealth management, securities brokerage, banking, asset management and financial advisory services through its subsidiaries.
