Requirements
  • The candidate has 5+ years of brand design experience, ideally with some time at a high-bar tech company or agency.
  • A portfolio that shows range: identity systems, marketing campaigns, digital, print, and a consistent point of view across all of it.
  • The candidate has deep craft in typography, composition, and layout, and is willing to sweat the details without being precious about them.
  • The candidate has strong Figma skills and proficiency across Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; motion chops in After Effects are a plus.
  • The candidate has experience designing for enterprise or business-to-business audiences and knows how to make something feel serious without being boring.
  • The candidate is comfortable working across functions and moving fast in an ambiguous, early-stage environment.
  • The candidate is a clear communicator who can present work, take feedback, and give it.
Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the visual identity: logo, color, typography, iconography, motion guidelines (and build systems that actually scale)
  • Design across marketing and campaigns: ads, landing pages, email, social, event collateral
  • Lead design on marketing sites, our most visible brand expression, working closely with engineers and no-code tools
  • Partner with product designers to make sure the brand shows up right inside the product (onboarding flows, empty states, in-app moments)
  • Create the decks, one-pagers, and proposals that go in front of enterprise buyers, investors, and partners
  • Own our events and conference presence: booths, swag, sponsorship assets
  • Design for content and thought leadership: reports, whitepapers, blog visuals, social
  • Keep internal teams aligned to brand standards and evolve the guidelines as we grow
Desired Qualifications
  • Proficiency with 3D and Cinema4D or Blender
  • Having an opinion on how to use motion in-product, leveraging Lottie or other animation solution

Hebbia.ai provides an AI-powered search tool as a browser extension that helps users locate information in long documents more efficiently. It uses AI to understand user questions and highlights the most relevant passages, offering context-aware results instead of simple keyword matching. The product targets professionals who work with large amounts of text, such as researchers and analysts, and differentiates itself by prioritizing document comprehension to speed up information retrieval. The goal is to become a preferred productivity tool for data-heavy workflows, with monetization planned through subscriptions or licenses after its private beta.

Hebbia integrates Preqin data into AI platform to streamline private markets research

Hebbia has integrated Preqin private markets data into its AI-powered research platform, providing investment professionals with enhanced analytical capabilities across private equity, venture capital, real assets and private debt. The integration enables users to query and analyse private market intelligence directly within their existing workflows. Preqin maintains comprehensive datasets covering fund performance, investor profiles, deal activity and fundraising trends across global private markets. By incorporating this data, Hebbia aims to reduce operational friction associated with manual data extraction and static reporting. The integration allows investment teams to conduct queries on fund track records, manager performance and capital flows alongside internal documents and regulatory filings within a single platform. This addresses challenges related to data transparency in private markets, where investments often lack standardised disclosure, by providing structured datasets for benchmarking and comparative analysis.
