  • High degree of proficiency with GSuite, Slack, and Zoom applications or other similar collaboration tools
  • Strong proficiency and experience with relevant HR Technology

  • Serve as a senior advisor on global employment law matters
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage risks associated with employment practices
  • Oversee and conduct complex investigations related to employee concerns and complaints
  • Lead the company's immigration and visa strategy
  • Manage a team of global HR Business Partners
  • Oversee and lead the rollout of key and cyclical programs across supported business units
  • Leverage data analytics to drive data-informed decision-making
