  • 2+ years of experience and/or a 2-year Associates or Technical degree
  • 1+ years of experience in an inside sales / customer service position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Strong organizational skills, analytical, mathematical, and mechanical aptitude is required
Responsibilities
  • Support customers and outside sales team
  • Prioritize and manage your workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactively anticipate customer's and manager's needs
  • Field 50-100+ emails daily
  • Effectively communicate via email/phone
  • Process requests for price, delivery, returns, order status, order expedites, product literature, and technical assistance.
Desired Qualifications
  • Exposure to customer service, sales and/or purchasing in a manufacturing or distribution environment is strongly preferred
  • Proficient with software programs relating to the customer service position including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and vendor pricing programs
  • Working experience with Trend is a plus
