Requirements
  • 5–7 years of experience in a finance role with a strong understanding of business operations and complex financial projects
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data modeling and spreadsheet development

Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial performance by reviewing actuals versus forecasts, investigating material variances, and providing insights and actionable recommendations
  • Develop financial models for operational results, forecasts, and business plans to support leadership decision-making
  • Coordinate and drive the Company’s planning processes, compiling and modeling department inputs into forecasts and budgets, and developing tools to improve accuracy
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, perform trend and industry analysis, and recommend strategic actions based on findings
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams on the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process, including audit support and ensuring correct financial reflection in reporting
  • Manage the asset/liability modeling (ALM) function of the Bank, analyze results, and provide strategic input
  • Perform and lead ad hoc analysis and modeling, including special projects such as goodwill impairment and expansion due diligence
  • Identify and implement process improvements across finance and adjacent functions; introduce new reporting formats and analytical tools
  • Provide valuation support, coordinate special reporting projects, and make recommendations for optimizing reporting efficiency
  • Supervise and coach junior analysts, managing workflow, supporting development, and ensuring project execution
  • Maintain a strong understanding of applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and procedures to ensure compliance
Desired Qualifications
  • MBA or Master’s in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • 1–3 years of supervisory experience preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial services preferred
  • Experience with financial planning software and advanced reporting tools preferred
  • CPA or CFA certification preferred
