- Hands-on experience building and deploying enterprise-level web content management solutions on Adobe CQ 5.3 or later.
- Experience implementing, enhancing, and troubleshooting Adobe CQ5 and Adobe Experience Manager installations.
- Development experience with Core Java, J2EE, Adobe CQ5, RESTful web services, and JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery or ExtJS.
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience with cross-browser and cross-platform issues involving Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, and similar browsers.
- Very good knowledge of the Java Content Repository API suite, Sling web framework, and Apache Felix OSGi framework.
- A graduate degree is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Participate in design discussions and client meetings.
- Translate customer requirements into technical designs and Adobe Experience Manager implementation specifications.
- Design and implement websites supporting multi-site, multi-channel, and multi-lingual delivery environments.
- Develop digital consumer experiences using the Adobe CQ and Adobe Experience Manager product suite, including CQ/AEM, CRX, CQ WCM, and DAM.
- Design and improve internal development methodologies and contribute to organizational best practices and policies.
- Apply industry-standard design patterns for web application development.
- Build websites and applications using Adobe Experience Manager.
- Design and build components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using the Adobe Experience Manager architecture, including Sling, CRX, OSGi, and JCR.
- Diagnose and solve technical content-management problems involving search-result accuracy, dynamic-content linking, formatting, image scaling, internationalization, and personalization.
- Work in an agile, rapid-development, and prototyping environment.
