Requirements
  • 4–7+ years of experience in MarTech, CRM Operations, or Marketing Operations
  • Hands-on experience with Braze, Segment, or similar CRM and customer data platforms
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing
  • Experience working with marketing data, audience segmentation, and customer activation
  • Solid technical foundation, including APIs, integrations, and data flows
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and process optimization
  • Passion for applying AI to improve marketing workflows, automation, and personalization
Responsibilities
  • You own the CRM infrastructure, optimizing Braze for scalability, lifecycle automation, and personalization
  • You build and scale automated CRM and marketing workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • You activate customer data by partnering with Segment to enable real-time audiences and data-driven growth use cases
  • You extend CRM audiences across paid marketing channels to drive retargeting, suppression, and lookalike strategies
  • You manage and integrate the MarTech stack, establishing best practices, governance, and scalable processes
  • You drive AI adoption by implementing use cases that enhance CRM, content creation, workflows, and personalization
  • You collaborate with growth, product, and partnership teams to deliver impactful, cross-channel customer activation
