Requirements
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain and foster cooperative and courteous working relationships with the public, peers, and supervisors.
- High school diploma and basic math competency.
- Ability to look up directions and navigate.
- Ability to communicate clearly over the phone, online, and in person.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, and reach.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a neat appearance of the work area and participate in keeping the store area clean.
- Prepare paperwork as dictated by the schedule and maintain office supplies.
- Assist with closing out contracts at the end of the day.
- Greet and orient guests during check-in.
- Maintain knowledge of the different rentals offered by SunBuggy to competently answer questions and set proper guest expectations.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager to take new reservations and check in customers with existing reservations.
