Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.
  • At least 7 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications is required.
  • Experience with enterprise software implementations is required.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL is required.
  • Experience with business process analysis is required.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles is required.
  • Experience working with enterprise reporting platforms is required.

Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise system design reviews before implementation.
  • Ensure new applications align with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Establish governance standards for application configuration.
  • Evaluate software requests to reduce unnecessary technology proliferation.
  • Maintain the enterprise application inventory and technology roadmap.
  • Define enterprise data standards.
  • Standardize master data and value lists.
  • Design scalable system configurations.
  • Eliminate duplicate or conflicting data.
  • Improve reporting readiness.
  • Support enterprise semantic models.
  • Ensure systems are ready for artificial intelligence through consistent, structured data.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand operational requirements.
  • Document business processes and future-state workflows.
  • Translate business needs into system requirements.
  • Identify automation opportunities.
  • Recommend technology improvements that reduce manual effort.
  • Develop standards for naming conventions, value lists, metadata, security roles, organizational hierarchies, status definitions, workflow configuration, reference data, and reporting structures.
  • Ensure every implementation supports enterprise reporting and downstream analytics.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence teams to ensure enterprise systems produce trusted data, minimize manual transformations, support self-service reporting, improve dashboard adoption, and reduce reporting complexity.
  • Work across enterprise applications including enterprise resource planning, financial systems, human resources systems, project management, customer relationship management, operational systems, and construction management platforms.
  • Map data flows.

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with one or more of Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Power BI, Azure, enterprise resource planning systems, Procore, Primavera P6, Viewpoint Vista, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture, master data management, data warehousing, Kimball modeling, artificial intelligence governance, or information management.
