Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with hands-on expertise in web management, including CMS (Content Management System) operations, digital asset management, and cross-channel content distribution (web, email, social).
  • Proven experience navigating the MLR process, including submission preparation, compliance review, and working with regulatory teams to ensure all content meets industry standards and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with Veeva or similar MLR management systems is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience using data analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics) to measure content performance, derive insights, and make data-driven recommendations for content optimization and personalized experiences.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments. Proven ability to adapt to fast-paced changes, scale new processes, and improve workflows to enhance efficiency and speed to market.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and collaboration skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end content updates and ongoing content maintenance across digital channels (web, email, social). Use data analytics and insights to prioritize and deliver personalized experiences.
  • Embrace agile practices to scale and accelerate new operating models, fostering a nimble approach to content delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance workflows, and introduce efficient ways of working to avoid disruptions and improve results.
  • Explore and integrate emerging technologies and AI-driven solutions to expedite time-to-market and boost content effectiveness.
  • Understand professional and patient behaviors, preferences, and needs, tailoring marketing efforts to drive engagement and relevance.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to extend reach and impact across diverse populations and channels.
