OVERVIEW:

As a Sales Operations Associate, you will help drive sales growth by developing and analyzing forecasting and productivity data. Come work with us to drive growth of Guidepoint’s growing reach across a diverse group of the world’s leading companies.
This position can be remote within the United States and will be working east coast hours.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Work closely with the Business Development and Client Growth teams to generate, maintain, and analyze key sales productivity, forecasting metrics, and additional reports on the sales process
- Develop comprehensive pipeline reporting from CRM system (salesforce.com) and collaborate with IT to build enhanced sales functionality
- Analyze market intelligence, client usage trends and sales feedback to identify best opportunities and address competitive threats
- Ensure CRM system compliance and facilitate system training among the sales team
- Help support infrastructure planning by collaborating with business development, client growth and operations/servicing teams
- Support full cycle and cross-functional contract process
WHAT YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of successful business development operations administration experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in sales support and reporting as well as use of Salesforce.com
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate across departments
What We Offer:
The annual base salary range for this position is $50,000-$55,000.

Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
