ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Analyst, Fulfillment Operations position will be based out of Peloton’s NYC Headquarters. This position will support sales order fulfillment, order management, and final mile network optimization with our 3rd Party Logistics providers to ensure members have a seamless delivery experience from start to finish.
In this role, the successful candidate will interface with our various 3rd Party Logistics providers to ensure all our members have a flawless white glove delivery experience from start to finish. This position will play a key role in delivery issue diagnosis and resolution, analysis and compilation of post-delivery customer satisfaction survey (CSAT) results as well as driving continuous improvement across our various service providers.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in building relationships across internal teams and getting results in a fast paced and demanding environment. This includes partnering with teams throughout technology, finance, supply chain, and member support to ensure optimal sales orders flow through our E2E systems and operationally for our delivery teams and members. This also may include either developing or supporting the development of business cases for enhancements to system capabilities involving scheduling and sales order integration, and resolving exceptions and errors.
This role will be a critical piece in continuing to build a best-in-class supply chain and focused on driving key initiatives to increase delivery speed to members, improve member experience, and reduce cost across the final mile network.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Create and provide analysis for weekly business reviews with 3PL partners
- Full responsibility for analysis on 3PL service provider’s performance and consistency to performance improvement plans both externally and internally working in tandem with the Last Mile Fulfillment team
- Identify gaps and opportunities for improving our overall final-mile delivery process
- Monthly Inventory variance analysis across Distribution Centers and data reconciliation supporting inventory team at HQ
- Work closely with the Logistics team to monitor stock levels and inventory issues (if/when they occur) to root cause discrepancies with our warehousing locations
- Improve multi-functional communication with our 3PLs to support our continued business growth
- Occasionally support in resolving escalated inbound ticket and other troubleshooting issues
- Assist Final Mile team in ad hoc data analysis projects and initiatives to support our overall network goals
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain/logistics, E-commerce or white glove delivery experience preferred
- Additional Supply Chain certification/Degree an asset
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with emphasis always on superior customer satisfaction
- Advanced skills in MS Excel required
- Strong analytical skills with problem solving attitude

- Willingness and ability to adjust to multiple tasks, shifting priorities and rapid changes.
- Self-motivated, ability to progress between working autonomously and collaboratively

Base Salary: $103,200.00 to $134,200.00
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
