Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales cycle from A to Z for upselling on your client portfolio, from identifying needs to signing contracts
  • Maximize value for clients by developing a strategic action plan and prioritizing accounts
  • Negotiate and retain clients who question their subscription to secure revenue
  • Be an expert on our products to advise clients and defend the value of the Skello solution
  • Adapt your speech and evolve conversations based on the diversity of interlocutors in different sectors
  • Provide commercial expertise to clients to help them get the most out of our solution
  • Work in synergy with internal teams (Product, Customer Care, Marketing...) to guide clients towards the best solutions
  • Voice the client at Skello to contribute to the evolution of our tool's features
