Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in a TAM, TPM, or comparable engineering role. OTT/Media experience is mandatory.
  • Exceptional customer relationship and account management skills, including the ability to influence key technology decisions and robustly defend WBD’s interests.
  • Proven communication skills showcased through effective verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary integrations involving multiple internal and external teams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the current global VOD ecosystem, industry standards and best practice
  • Experience working with telcos, broadcasters and D2C platforms in the non-linear distribution space.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across time zones and with international teams from a variety of countries and backgrounds.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Content Distribution Engineering (CDE) leadership to define the strategy for integrations with key distribution partners.
  • Lead requirements gathering and technical integrations with third party distribution partners, following WBD’s business priorities.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure that technical integrations preserve the best possible quality of content and quality of experience to the users of their platforms and services.
  • Work with distribution partners to ensure that WBD’s interests are suitably prioritized on their development roadmap.
  • Collaborate with internal product and engineering stakeholders to identify features and improvements that can be made to WBD’s non-linear supply chains to better support third-party integrations.
  • Act autonomously as a representative.
