Responsibilities
  • Perform blood draws, vitals checks, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, ECGs, and specimen collection in patients' homes
  • Ensure all services are rendered in a comfortable and easy manner for the patient
  • Label collected samples properly and coordinate drop off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility
  • Use modern technology to access schedule, commute to patient's homes, and for charting and care coordination
  • Exhibit professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion to provide high quality health services
  • Work in a revolutionary environment that may necessitate last minute problem solving and out of the box thinking
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Work independently or in a team environment
  • Learn and advance skill set
  • Physically access and navigate patient homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 10 pounds while walking
