Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in application support, preferably with Anaplan
  • Scrum Agile certification desired
  • Experience working in an Anaplan and Agile development environment
  • DevOps experience a plus
  • Proven skills as a team member, team lead, or project manager on at least one full life cycle implementation
  • Strong technical skills including experience with Excel, SQL, and data modeling
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of Anaplan support
  • Lead and own release of applications to production
  • Participate in planning and execution of Anaplan projects for various teams
  • Work closely with stakeholders and IT teams to ensure Anaplan applications meet business needs
  • Maintain stability and availability of applications by monitoring key KPIs
  • Provide post-release support and resolve operational issues
  • Communicate and report release outcomes and feedback to project teams
