Simplify Jobs

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • FTI opened its second Olathe facility in July 2024 and kept expanding.
  • FTI announced $80.5 million for Ouachita Parish, adding 200 jobs by spring 2027.
  • El Paso’s 500,000-square-foot plant targets 200 jobs, broadening Excellerate’s production footprint.

What critics are saying

  • Olathe’s 1.4 million-square-foot expansion needs city approvals and $239.8 million bond support.
  • Data-center demand concentration ties revenue to hyperscaler capex cycles and competitor pricing.
  • A manufacturing slowdown or failed Olathe financing crushes expansion economics and stalls hiring.

What makes Faith Technologies unique

  • FTI’s Excellerate builds modular electrical houses for data centers at industrial scale.
  • Rockwell Automation named Faith Technologies a Gold System Integrator partner in 2023.
  • Olathe facilities give FTI nearly one million square feet of combined manufacturing capacity.
