Treace completes first surgery with HyperPlate XM dynamic compression locking implant system

Treace Medical Concepts has completed the first surgical case using its HyperPlate XM Dynamic Compression Locking Implant System. The device combines FastPitch locking screws with titanium compression implants to deliver rapid insertion and dynamic compression for midfoot and hindfoot procedures. Dr Paul Dayton of the Foot & Ankle Center of Iowa performed the inaugural procedure, a talonavicular joint fusion. He praised the implant's anatomic fit and stability, noting that the accompanying GreatReleaseXM Rapid Release Instrument improved surgical efficiency. The system features an ultra-low profile design for procedures including talonavicular, calcaneocuboid, naviculocuneiform and tarsometatarsal fusions, plus Evans calcaneal osteotomies. Full commercialisation is expected in the third quarter of 2026, expanding Treace's bunion and midfoot portfolio into a larger addressable market.

The Company encourages investors and potential investors to consult the Treace website regularly for important information about Treace. About Treace Medical Concepts Treace Medical Concepts, Inc. is a medical technology company with the goal of advancing the standard of care for the surgical management of bunion and related midfoot deformities. Bunions are complex 3-dimensional deformities that originate from an unstable joint in the middle of the foot and affect approximately 67 million Americans, of which Treace estimates 1.1 million are annual surgical candidates. Treace has pioneered and patented the Lapiplasty(R) 3D Bunion Correction(R) System - a combination of instruments, implants, and surgical methods designed to surgically correct all three planes of the bunion deformity and secure the unstable joint, addressing the root cause of the bunion and helping patients get back to their active lifestyles. To further support the needs of surgeons and bunion patients, Treace offers its Adductoplasty(R) Midfoot Correction System, designed for reproducible surgical correction of midfoot deformities, two systems for minimally invasive osteotomy procedures, namely the Nanoplasty(R) 3D Minimally Invasive Bunion Correction System and the Percuplasty(TM) Percutaneous 3D Bunion Correction System, and the SpeedMTP(R) MTP Fusion System. Treace continues to expand its footprint in the marketplace by extending its SpeedPlate(R) rapid compression implant platform to new applications, as well as providing surgeons with advanced digital solutions with its IntelliGuide(R) patient specific, pre-op planning and cut guide technology. Treace Medical raises fair value to $4.25 amid $300M market expansion with new fusion systems

Treace Medical Concepts has seen its fair value estimate raised to $4.25 from $3.85, though analyst price targets remain divided between roughly $2 and $7, reflecting uncertainty over growth and product mix. Lake Street maintained a Buy rating with a $7 target, viewing fourth-quarter results as slightly favourable and 2026 guidance as mixed rather than negative. However, Truist cut its target to $2 from $3, citing pressure from newer products carrying lower average selling prices than the Lapiplasty system. The company issued 2026 revenue guidance of $200 million to $212 million, representing a 6% decline to flat growth. New products including the SuperBite Compression Screw System and SpeedXM Midfoot Fusion System are expected to expand its addressable market by $300 million.
