Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of scalable field marketing programs that align with ABM strategies, sales enablement initiatives, and go-to-market plans.
  • Drive alignment across teams, ensuring field marketing initiatives are integrated into the broader marketing strategy.
  • Work closely with our vertical and technical teams to build and launch externally, including PR.
  • Launch, execute, and optimize field marketing programs, including events, regional activations, content programs, and sales-driven initiatives.
  • Build and grow a high-performing field marketing team, providing mentorship and guidance to scale programs effectively.
  • Establish clear KPIs and reporting structures to track field marketing impact. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership based on performance data.
