Requirements
  • Day to day point of contact for all assigned high revenue customers
  • 'Hunt' for new revenue opportunities from within the existing customer portfolio by developing strong relationships and expert knowledge of their organization
  • Drive consumption of committed deals through onboarding, mid-year check ins and new user expansion, supporting and managing renewal when appropriate
  • Understand content gaps in current deal structure that results in loss of share
  • Early understanding of new end client relationships with agencies to support more specific pitches
  • Leverage all products and services to build new segment customer relationships and develop valuable revenue opportunities
  • Leverage cross-functional relationships to get work done efficiently
  • Find creative solutions and be proactive in finding revenue opportunities
  • Ability to handle complex conversations in an appropriate manner
  • Facilitate face-to-face meetings with clients and reinforce relationships
  • Embrace a strong Obligation to Care and a positive and proactive approach to problem solving
  • Has strong internal relationships and uses them to bring solutions to client challenges, particularly as it pertains to specific assets
  • Prioritize all activities to maintain a balanced pipeline of deals
  • Regular travel for client meetings required
  • Relevant industry experience and total understanding of end-to-end business process
  • Strong relationship building skills and experience of developing accounts to maximize revenue
  • Demonstrated success in building business revenue within existing accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects; must have strong organization skills
  • Proficient knowledge of all MS Office tools
  • Demonstrated closing and forecasting skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM system
  • Able to build cross-functional relationships necessary to deliver revenue results
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and proposal development skills
  • Able to work in fast paced environment
  • A growth mindset to identify new opportunities and present new ideas
  • Experience selling in relevant industry
