Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):
Spry is seeking a current college student to join our team as an Growth/Proposal Management Team Intern in McLean, VA.
What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):
- Assist in the development and preparation of proposals, including researching, writing, editing, and formatting proposal content.
- Collaborate with team members to gather information and develop proposal strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support the Growth team.
- Work with Growth Team to update trade show and marketing materials
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite, ideally including Teams and Sharepoint site administration and design.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
